Terms and Conditions
  1. To register your student profile at www.srijspn.org and become a 'member', you must provide all the details on the Registration Page.
  2. JSPN Scholarship Portal does not entertain and accept any other mode of registration (e-mail, letters and so on)

    3. Non-Commercial Use by Members.

  3. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
  4. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from www.srijspn.org as long as you are a registered member of www.srijspn.org. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification.
  5. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on www.srijspn.org. www.srijspn.org reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles

    6. Proprietary Rights in the Content on www.srijspn.org

  6. www.srijspn.org owns and retains all proprietary rights in the www.srijspn.org Site and the www.srijspn.org Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of www.srijspn.org, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by www.srijspn.org. We also reserve our right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations

    7. Member Disputes.

  7. JSPN has been established with the objective of betterment of the Madhwa society and reserves the right to not process the registration of candidates, at its discretion, if deemed detrimental to this stated objective.
  8. JSPN will maintain confidentiality of all personal information (other than that meant for posting or transmission) furnished by the members. By agreeing to register at JSPN , you allow JSPN to use your email address and/or telephone number for reaching out to you for verification of your profile information to other members only for the purpose of scholarship assesment alliances. JSPN will not use the profile information of the members for any other activity.
  9. JSPN reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice and at its discretion, the registration of members who are found to have wilfully provided inaccurate and/or misleading information during the registration process.
  10. If you use JSPN , you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password
  11. JSPN has no franchises or branches. All communication related to JSPN Scholarship must be addressed to "Jaya Satya Pramoda Nidhi, C/o.
